SEO Directors
The Organic Search (SEO) Director is a team leader who combines a passion for the practice of organic search with a desire for operational excellence. He/she must have hands on experience with SEO processes and analytics as well as proven history of building winning organic search strategies. This individual will lead a small team of organic Search Managers and Specialists in the daily execution of SEO campaigns and contribute to the overall advancement of the organic search practice. 5-7 years of Organic search management experience is required.

SEO Managers
The Search Manager is a self-motivated individual responsible for the daily execution of a client’s organic search campaign. This role includes the execution of the organic search strategies based on a client’s business objectives using the latest search engine optimization techniques. Detailed tasks include the optimization of organic search campaigns, creation and delivery of SEO tactics, optimizing each deliverable to meet specified client performance objectives, and managing client expectations throughout the duration of the engagement. 3-5 years of Organic search management experience is required.

Paid Search Manager
The Paid Search Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a client’s paid search marketing initiatives. Detailed tasks include planning and executing paid search campaigns, managing the launch of each program, optimizing each program to meet specified performance objectives, as well as managing client expectations and communications throughout the duration of the engagement. 3-5 years of Paid search management experience is required.

Project Manager
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing tasks and deliverables in accordance with campaign deadlines, scope, budget and assigned resources. This individual will create detailed project plans and adjust them as needed relative to evolving campaign activities and requirements. The PM is accountable for effectively communicating account status, setting expectations, as well as addressing potential obstacles to internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager must have the ability to handle multiple clients and projects in a deadline-driven atmosphere. Candidates should also possess a basic knowledge of SEO and a strong understanding of the web development process. 2 years of project management experience is required.

Account Director
The Account Director serves as the Catalyst client team leader and is the single point of contact between Catalyst, its clients, and other client agencies. Key responsibilities for the Account Director include developing search goals and objectives, and an integrated search marketing plan. The Account Director will also be responsible for analyzing on-going performance of the search plan and adjusting activities based on results. Strong Leadership, strategic and analytic skills, project management, presentation skills and client management are essential. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of account experience as well as substantial exposure to both paid and organic search marketing.

Marketing Analyst
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for assembling and translating data into actionable insights as part of Catalyst Intelligence Services’ strategic engagements. Analysts are required to have an in-depth knowledge of analytics tools and data modeling in order to meet the needs of the dynamic and customized offerings the team delivers. The ideal candidate will evaluate tools, third party data, execute research, monitor industry trends, develop case studies and POVs, and participate in new product development. 3-5 years of data analysis or data modeling experience is required.

Human Resource Director
The Human Resources Director leads Human Resources practices with objectives to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources Director reports to the Vice President of Finance and; and assists and advises managers on hiring, developing and retaining top talent. This is an individual contributor role. 10+ years of experience in a small to mid-sized service company with headcount of 100+; agency, marketing services, or consulting business experience is a plus.
