The Jey & William’s Referral Bonus

Friends and colleagues who help us recruit new hires are eligible for a referral bonus (bet $750 – $1,000 depending on the position).

Important note: In the case of duplicate referrals, referrals are taken on a first come, first eligible basis. You are not eligible for a referral bonus for any candidate referred through a recruiter or one who has previously submitted their résumé to Catalyst Online through another source.

The Specialist roles do not qualify for any referral fee. The referral must be hired and remain an employee of Catalyst for 90+ days to be eligible for the bonus.

We will notify the person making the referral if the candidate is hired.
